WAYS TO CARE

There are many ways to be part of the Okipe family.

Step into the everyday life of The Jesus Home for Children on La Gonâve, Haiti.

Discover the many ways care helps children grow, learn, belong and thrive.

CHOOSE YOUR WAY TO CARE

There is more than one way to make a difference.

Every act of care matters. These five rooms offer a glimpse into some of the main ways generosity supports everyday life at The Jesus Home. They are not separate funds — gifts to Okipe are used flexibly across the children’s care, according to where Mme Soliette and her team identify the greatest need.

ROOM 1

The Family Table

Every day, children gather around the table to share meals, conversation and life together.

ROOM 2

A Place to Belong

More than a building, this is a place where children are known, cared for and surrounded by family.

ROOM 3

Everyday Care

Care is often found in the little things — the everyday moments that help a child feel known, loved and worth noticing.

ROOM 4

Learn

Learning opens doors — helping children grow in knowledge and confidence, discover their abilities and see what may be possible.

Future

The care a child receives today helps them grow in confidence, develop their abilities and prepare for the life still unfolding ahead.

HOW GIVING WORKS

Five ways to care. One shared purpose.

The five Ways to Care show some of the different areas of everyday life your generosity helps support at The Jesus Home.

When you give, your donation is not restricted to one of these areas. It becomes part of Okipe’s wider support for the children, allowing Mme Soliette and her team to use resources where they are needed most.

If you’re ready to give, you don’t need to explore the individual Ways to Care first. You can support Okipe directly here.

THANK YOU

Thank you for spending time with us today.

Whether you choose to give, pray, or simply continue getting to know Okipe, thank you for caring.

There will always be a place for you in the Okipe family.
